Legal Agreement
Engaging with our shop constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
Corporate Identity
All transactions are conducted under the legal identity of NOORI MOBILE HUB (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, registered in Pakistan.
Pricing Policy
All prices are in PKR. We reserve the right to change prices without notice due to market fluctuations or manufacturer updates.
PTA Compliance
All new mobile phones sold are PTA Approved. For used handsets, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the PTA status at the time of purchase.
Repair Liability
While our technicians take extreme care, we are not liable for the failure of secondary components that may break during the repair of an already damaged or old device.
Customer Data Backup
Customers are responsible for backing up their personal data before submitting a phone for repair. We are not responsible for any data loss during the technical process.
Product Representation
Actual product colors or packaging designs may vary slightly from digital photos due to different manufacturing batches.
Warranty Limitations
Shop warranties are strictly for manufacturing defects. Damage caused by water, falling, or unauthorized software tampering is not covered.
Limitation of Liability
Noori Mobile Hub is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from delays in delivery or repair downtime.
User Conduct
We maintain a professional business environment and expect all customers to interact respectfully with our staff, both in-person and online.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or service disruptions caused by strikes, political unrest, or natural disasters in Pakistan.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of District Okara.
